On 16th Oct., 2003, Chinscape International Co., Ltd. Was established in Zhang Jia Gang Free Trade Zone， Jiangsu, China. In that time, Chinscape deal the entrepot trade of chemicals from China to Europe and Africa only.
On 18th Mar., 2006, Chinscape (H.K.) International Limited was established in Hong Kong. We have to close Chinscape International Co., Ltd due the changes of foreign currency control policy in Zhang Jia Gang Free Trade Zone, it made the entrepot trade was impossible and we have to transfer all business to the new company in Hong Kong.
On 26th Mar., 2009, Chinscape industry ( Shanghai ) Co., Ltd was found in Shanghai, China. We need the new company for import and export, distributions of import goods according to the development of business. Up till now, import tapioca products from Thailand, Cocoa powder from Malaysia meanwhile do the distribution near Shanghai serve the local food industry is her main business.
On 17th Dec., 2009, the Representative office of Chinscape (H.K.) International Limited in HCMC, Vietnam was opened. 3 years later, we closed this office and established CSPV CO., LTD by 15th August, 2011 for importation and local distribution.
